EDUCATION minister Jane Hutt yesterday announced the make-up of a planning board to investigate a Welsh medium Coleg Ffederal.
The 15-strong board, to be chaired by Prof Robin Williams, includes members from campaign groups, the Welsh language board, and universities in Wales.
