
Mae Rhodri Morgan, Prif Weinidog Cymru, wedi canmol yr adroddiad mawr newydd ar les plant a phobl ifanc yng Nghymru sy’n cael ei lansio heddiw gan Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru.
