Cyhoeddodd Jane Hutt, y Gweinidog dros Addysg, becyn buddsoddiad cyfalaf pwysig gwerth £165 miliwn ar gyfer ysgolion a cholegau yng Nghymru. Mae hyn yn ychwanegu at y buddsoddiad gwerth £170 miliwn a gyhoeddwyd eisoes gan Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yn ystod yr wyth mis diwethaf.
Mae’r rhifyn hyn yn cynnwys diweddariad ar: y Mesur Dysgu a Sgiliau (Cymru), Cwricwla Lleol 14-19, Fforymau Rhanbarthol Cyfrwng Cymraeg/Dwyieithog 14-19, Gyrfa Cymru Ar-lein, Cymwysterau Prif Ddysgu a Phrosiect – Lledaenu’r Newyddion, Anogwyr Dysgu a Hyfforddiant Methodoleg Addysgu Dwyieithog.

Mae’r arolwg diweddaraf o’r gweithlu yng Nghymru a’r DU yn dangos bod 107,000 o bobl yn ddi-waith yng Nghymru – 1,000 yn llai na’r ffigwr ar gyfer y chwarter diwethaf. Mae’r gostyngiad hwn yn cymharu â chynnydd yn nifer y bobl ddi-waith ledled y DU.
