Mae’r crynodeb hwn yn nodi manylion ymchwil y garfan gyntaf o Anogwyr Dysgu yng Nghmru. Mae Anogwyr Dysgu yn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc mewn ysgolion, colegau, gweithleoedd, canolfannau gyrfa a chlybiau ieuenctid. Diben yr ymgynghoriad hwn yw rhoi gwybodaeth a cheisio barn ynghylch sut gallwn ddatblygu'r mecanweithiau angenrheidiol a fydd yn galluogi plant i apelio i Dribiwnlys Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig Cymru (TAAAC). Cronfa fyrdymor oedd CGA 2007 a lansiwyd ym mis Medi 2007. Nod y gronfa oedd gwella safonau trwy helpu darparwyr â grant o hyd at £6 mil i ddatblygu strategaethau i fynd i'r afael â phroblemau a rhwystrau.
